Nap Check is for consenting adults aged 18+ only. Accounts that appear to belong to anyone under 18 are removed.
Community rules
Nap Check is strictly non-sexual. No sexual activity, messages, requests, roleplay, images or links anywhere in the app. Nothing involving or targeting anyone under 18. Read all the community rules.
Consent
Caregiver links need both people to accept. Either person can unlink at any time, and unlinking can never be locked. Caregiver controls only work while you are linked.
Safety cap
No rule, lock, consequence or caregiver can stop a change when a nappy has been worn past the safety limit (max 8 hours day / 12 hours night), or when a leak or rash is reported. Look after your skin: clean, dry fully and use barrier cream. If soreness, a rash, burning or any sign of infection lasts, stop padding and speak to a pharmacist or GP.
Care teams
A little can have several caregivers. In shared care they're all equal. With a lead, the lead decides what helpers can do. Becoming lead needs the little's approval (or a handover from the current lead), and the little can return to shared care at any time.
Site admins
Site admins can open any account and manage it like a lead caregiver, for support and safety. Every time an admin opens your account, and everything they do, appears in your activity. Admins can't read your journal or your private messages — unless someone in a chat reports a message, in which case moderators see only that one message.
Your data
Display names, dates of birth and notes are encrypted at rest. There are no photo uploads. You can permanently delete your account and all its data from Account at any time.
Acceptable use
No content involving minors, no harassment, no sharing anyone's information without consent. Keep it kind.
